Star Casino Rooftop Bar. This project was initially for a temporary bar on the Star Casino roof terrace. However it ended up being more of a permanent installation due to its popularity. Although just a simple timber portal construction, the main concern with this project were the strong wind loads due to its exposed position. Lui Bar boasts an extensive wine, Champagne, beer and spirit collection, as well as a tempting snack menu designed by Vue de monde. Lui Bar's unmatched ambience echoes the opulence of Gold Rush-era Melbourne as reflected in both the cocktail list and decor. When it comes to creating truly exceptional cocktails, innovation is key.
